I have visited this store few times and bought products few times. That made me order a custom designed blue sapphire ring to a design shown by me. During each visit the service was great. The sales people explain the items and talk in a really nice manner. So i made the order for the custom designed ring. They said this can be done within 7 days. But i said i will come in 12 days to pick up. On the pickup date I called the store and got to know that the ring was not yet ready. I was very disappointed about this. Then within few more days they gave me the ring. The ring was exactly according to what I had in mind. I’m very happy about that. So of you are making an order it’s better if you can call few days prior the pickup date. Other than that the service was good.
They were maintaining the quality of the products but now the quality has been dropped to so low. Bought this bracelet and it broke when wearing for the first time but they refused to change it. And gave a earring to fix a stone and they have fixed it with a non shiny stone and quality of the earring is gone. I dnt recommended this place to anyone. You are just gonna waste your money.
