1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
  • Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return & Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for a replacement.
  • Customers must report defects or damages within 24 hours of receiving the product by providing clear images to our support team.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
